乔治·哈里森（George Harrison，1943年2月25日—2001年11月29日），是英国著名的吉他演奏家，歌手，作曲家，专辑制作人以及电影制作人，以身为披头士乐队成员之一最广为人知。1958年，作为保罗·麦卡特尼的好友，15岁的乔治·哈里森加入乐队。披头士乐队基本成型。
英国音乐家、吉他演奏家、歌手、词曲作者、音乐制作人、电影制作人、披头士乐队主音吉他手、主唱之一。1943年生于英国利物浦市，哈里森是一家子四个孩子中最小的，父亲叫Harold Hargreaves Harrison，母亲是Louise。在14岁的时候，哈里森拥有了第一把吉他。后来认识了保罗·麦卡特尼，加入了采石人乐队，即披头士乐队的前身。作为披头士主音吉他手，哈里森被称为沉默的披头。由于信仰印度神学，哈里森开阔了乐队成员的视野，使披头士音乐多元化。披头士解散后，哈里森的独奏生涯很成功。1970年发行的《All Things Must Pass》专辑在英国、美国、挪威等地取得销量第一名。1971年由于拉维·香卡的倾诉痛苦，哈里森主办了为孟加拉慈善演出，开创了摇滚乐慈善事业的先河。1973年《Living in the Material World》专辑销量仍然高居榜首。此后，哈里森的音乐商业上并不很成功，但却在高水平的艺术上倍受肯定。1987年与Jeff Lynne合作，翻唱James Ray 60年代的《Got My Mind Set on You》，在商业上再次取得辉煌的成功。此后乔治凭着其人格魅力组建了阵容强大的乐队The Traveling Wilburys，取得了非凡的成就。作为电影制作人，哈里森的手工电影公司出品了麦当娜电影《上海惊奇》等优秀作品。1997年哈里森被查出患有喉癌，2001年逝世。逝世后哈里森生前的朋友们举办了乔治·哈里森纪念演唱会。2004年作为独奏艺人被选入摇滚名人堂。2009年入选好莱坞星光大道，并建立乔治·哈里森人道主义奖。
哈里森为乐队的主吉他手。在乐队最风光的岁月，约翰·连侬与保罗·麦卡特尼是主要的词曲创作人。 然而，乔治在每张专辑中也都会创作并主唱一到两首歌曲，像是著名的“If I Needed Someone”、“Taxman”、“While My Guitar Gently Weeps”、“Here Comes the Sun”与“Something”。
在披头士时代，哈里森被印度的音乐及哲学所吸引，是当时最积极接触的西方人。而这也将影响哈里森往后的人生及音乐创作。
哈里森离开披头士后的事业取得巨大突破。畅销的作品有“My Sweet Lord” （1970）、“Give Me Love”（Give Me Peace on Earth） （1973）、“All Those Years Ago”（1981），以及 “Got My Mind Set on You”（1987）。1971年8月1日他也号召了首度的大型慈善演唱会The Concert For Bangla Desh。
2004年哈里森获选进入摇滚名人堂。哈里森还是一个电影制作人，他在1979年建立了“Handmade Film”（手工电影公司）。此公司的电影包括Monty Python 的“The Life of Brain”，“Time Bandits”，“Withnail and I”以及“Mona Lisa”。哈里森还在一部披头四乐队的模仿片“The Rutles”中担任了一个小角色。
