第二章介绍了中华人民共和国建立至文革结束期间中国手风琴艺术的发展(1949-1976)。分为“文革前”和“文革期间”两部分。第一部分一、二节通过叙述中国手风琴专业教育机构和各地军民文艺团体的基本情况,介绍了这一时期中国各地的手风琴教育和音乐活动。第三节讲解了处于起步阶段的中国风格手风琴乐曲。第四节整理研究了这一时期的手风琴出版物和常用曲目。建国初期十七年是中国手风琴艺术的形成与起步阶段,也是手风琴艺术在中国发展的第一次飞跃。第二部分介绍文革十年中国手风琴艺术的发展历程。这是一个特殊的时期,但手风琴艺术的发展并没有停滞,而是通过“为时代歌曲伴奏”和“移植、改编革命歌曲、样板戏音乐”进一步发展。
第三章介绍了新时期内中国手风琴艺术的繁荣(1976-20世纪末期)。通过对中国手风琴专业教育、业余教育、国内外交流、教学理论和教材、音乐创作五个方面的整理和研究,详细说明了中国手风琴艺术的第二次飞跃。
第四章根据中国手风琴艺术目前的状况和今后发展所面临的问题,通过回顾中国手风琴历史和借鉴国外手风琴发展经验,指出乐器革新和本民族风格手风琴音乐创作的重要性,对中国手风琴艺术今后的发展道路进行探索和研究。

Abstract
The goal of this thesis is to research art history of accordion in china from its generation to nowadays. Based upon social-political background of china, formation and development of accordion art in china is thoroughly discussed by utilization of accordion books and articles and by investigation of accordion-related pedagogue, teaching material, performance, communication, artists, and theoretical literature, etc.
This thesis is divided into four chapters according to historical, social and political development of modern china.
In chapter one, the origin of accordion in modern china is introduced (early 20th century-1949). Section 1.1 and 1.2 discuss the relationship between an occidental instrument-accordion and a traditional Chinese instrument-“sheng”, and illustrate in detail export of “sheng” and import of accordion. Section 1.3 illustrates early application and spreading of accordion in china during the first half of 20th century according to accordion activity around northeast china, shanghai district, and revolution base. Section 1.4 introduces three accordion textbooks published before liberation and analyses early time creation activity of accordion music in china.
Chapter 2 introduces development of accordion art in china from foundation of People’s Republic of China to termination of Cultural Revolution(1949-1976). There are two parts, “pre- Cultural Revolution” period and “Cultural Revolution” period, respectively. In the first part, we summarize some professional educational organizations of accordion and some military and civilian art communities; introduce accordion education and music activity. Accordion music of Chinese style during its early time is discussed, and some accordion publications and musical items are packed up and studied. The first seventeen years after foundation of modern china are the period of formation and early development of accordion art in china. The second part introduces development of accordion art during Cultural Revolution. It’s a special time during which development of accordion art hadn’t been halted yet, however, it evolved forward by “accompanying for contemporary songs” and “transplanting and adapting revolutionary songs”.
